Postage Inn in Tillson

The decor of this place reminded me of some of the old restaurants in Southern Italy. Absolutely gorgeous. Perfect for a simple night out with friends and for important events, such as wedding parties. The owner of this establishment are the kindest, most generous and selfless people I have ever met and the food was just mind blowing. I warmly recommend it!

It was nice. For a party as big as ours was,we should have had another waitress. Ours did her best but waited over 20 minutes for a drink and a half hour for a glass of water. Our server Malissa was fantastic...and should have had help.

Didn't want to go the last time I was invited to have dinner there; however, the food was great (pulled pork sandwich) and the staff were very friendly.

A few of my friends always told me to try this place, so I finally did. The food was so-so, not bad by any means but nothing special. I do remember waiting a little while for drinks when it wasn't that busy. They were very friendly though. Simple fare, reasonably priced but nothing special.

The place is nice but very pricy wings were way over done and had no flavor and they charge liquor tax on your bill on top of food tax last I checked that was not allowed first time there and won’t be back

This place is no doubt one of the finest place to eat in the neighborhood. Always when I visit this place I am so satisfied. They keep their high standard service and the topmost level of dishes they give. You can never go wrong with this place. Highly recommended.

Local drinking bar with great food

Food is good, pretty standard. Sever/bartender Theresa is super friendly and makes the whole experience.

I asked for a drink on the rocks and was charged an extra dollar for the ice. Really? Charging for ice? I won’t be back and I will be sure to spread the word.

I loved dippin my sweet potato fries in the chipotle mayo. Friendly service .

Very friendly and laid back atmosphere. If you live in town you probably know about the Postage Inn, if you don’t, and you’re stopping through or visiting family, I suggest you stop in for a quick bite and laughs.

I love the Postage Inn. The food is excellent, and prepared by a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America with care and passion. The building itself is cozy, comfortable and well lit. The bar area is equally enjoyable, with a number of beers on tap and service with a smile. The owners are very hardworking and do their utmost to make their patrons happy. It's a very family-friendly environment and perfect for a cold beer or getting a great meal. Tell everyone you know about the Postage Inn at Tillson!

Just fantastic! Jimmy the Chef/owner stopped by the table. Great family recipes and all homemade. Eggplant parmigiana was just perfect. Great wait staff and a comfortable environment...

The service is constantly prompt, good character, kind staff. I will visit again when I arrive here.

The Coquilles St Jacques were unreal, as was the banana cream pie! It's a shame I can only leave 5 stars, because it deserves 10!

We had burgers and even though they were good, a tad bit expensive. I enjoyed dipping my fries in the chipotle dip. Overall good experience with good food

Every time I come the fish and seafood is perfectly prepared. They give very generous portions. When we are in the neighborhood we always stop by and highly recommend!

I frequent this place probably once a month. The owners and family are absolutely phenomenal. The menu is handcrafted from a culinary chef who shows his passion through the skillfully crafted dishes. With a wonderful hometown atmosphere, I can honestly say if you enjoy good food and good people this is the place to be.

Best place to eat in High Falls

Great food, but a bit pricey.

Finally tried this place after years of driving past it. I'm just sorry I waited so long! Good variety of offerings, excellent quality, lovely service, and a convenient location with parking. This was voted unanimously onto my family's list of go-to places from now on.

This spot never disappoints. They have fantastic food for affordable rates, there are no long waits even when the spot is busy.

Cajun Shrimp are a must. Burgers are perfect as is everything else. Very fresh. Very friendly staff. Cozy bar. A jewel of a place.

I had a burger with white american, bacon, Chipotle mayo and fries. My daughter had chicken fingers with marinara sauce, and my wife had pulled pork nachos. Out of this world!!! Our waitress, Alyssa, was courteous , patient and kind. The wine was excellent, it was great to eat on the deck so as not to disturb the other patrons with our 4 year old and 1 1/2 year olds hijinks. There was a quality jazz musician (s) who sounded great even through the glass. We are buying a house in New Paltz, so this excellent dining establishment will be getting a fair bit of my currency moving forward. I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. Bottom line, the food was excellent, excellent, excellent!
